Sophie Turner graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sport Medicine. Additionally, she is registered with the Health Professionals Council.
Sophie currently works as a full time Academy Physiotherapist at MK Dons FC, now in her second season treating professional football players on a weekly basis, also assisting with the first team.
Sophie is experienced in treating musculoskeletal problems, muscle pain, and stiffness;  providing physiotherapy for sports injuries, lumbar spine (lower back) pain, whiplash, neck pain, muscle strains/tears, ligament sprains, tendonitis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and decreased mobility. Treatment is through soft tissue massage, exercise prescription, taping, mobilisations and manipulations.
