Pauline is an experienced clinical reflexologist and as a member of the Association of Reflexologists maintains its strict code of standards and ethics.  Following a detailed consultation, Pauline incorporates work on appropriate energy meridians and acuppressure points into a personalised Restorative Reflexology treatment. She will also give advice on the points that can be worked on the hands at home, to reinforce the benefits between sessions.

Pauline is also a Reiki Master and, if asked, will follow a Restorative Reflexology treatment with a short period of Reiki healing. She says this often provides the client with an 'interesting' experience.
