Alternatives are a new concept in health care combining private General Practice, Complementary Practitioners and health food shops. There is an increasing demand for access to Private Healthcare, Complementary Medicine and health related foods and products and this is exactly what we are about.
The Milton Keynes Alternatives Medical Centre opened in July 2000. It brings together all the most established and recognised forms of complementary medicine under one roof with the backup of medically qualified general practitioners. Therapists are all appropriately qualified and recognised by their statutory controlling bodies. They are all fully insured. In the same Centre is a shopping area offering products and publications related to healthy living, organic foods and home produce.
In March 2005 we opened our second outlet - the Olney Health Food shop in the new Fountain Court shopping area off the high street in Olney.
